A BILL to amend and reenact §31-16-5 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the steel advisory commission and steel futures program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §31-16-5 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 16. WEST VIRGINIA STEEL FUTURES PROGRAM.

§31-16-5. Continuation of commission and program.
The steel advisory commission and the steel futures program shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand four five, : Provided, That prior to the termination date the joint committee on government organization shall conduct a performance review of the commission and program unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code
